InterLOCK Me

Betsey Johnson recently stated that she buys in bulk because she hates to shop. I buy in bulk for the opposite reason; especially when I come across an item I want to live in. Recently, while searching for the perfect v-neck tee for a client, I stumbled upon a wrap dress I could not pass up. Normally American Apparel stores make me queasy; perhaps it's the underage sales staff decked out in 80's attire that should have stayed in the time capsule it was thrown in, or the lack of service from aforementioned kids on expensive cell phones, or it could be that having been a buyer once upon a time, I KNOW HOW MUCH THIS CRAP IS REALLY WORTH. All that aside, I tried on the Interlock Wrap Dress, retailing at $48. I immediately bought 3 in different basic shades and I have never looked back. I highly recommend the purchase if you are the type to stare at your closet and not know what to wear. Dresses have always been the secret weapon; a complete outfit ready to accessorize. Putting on the Finishing Touch

I can't help but remember the sexually charged Herbal Essences commercials of pleasurable moans emitted from women washing their hair. The flashback always makes me giggle to myself. The ever expanding product lines that followed, however, are nothing to chuckle over. My eyes reel until dizzy when scanning which product to buy and try at the drugstore. Always a sucker for pommades and styling creams, I grabbed the newest, purple packaged 'tousle me softly ™' finishing touch cream . The scent a melange of fleurs and fruit was just the beginning. The texture is what I could not get over. It was almost a lotion rather than a thick, sticky mess. Perfect for creating a sectional, sexy look and without the drag of product weight. My hands didn't even require a post styling wash. Water conservation at its finest. Worth every penny.

Moroccanoil Saved my (hair's) Life

Looming rainfall and the slightest humidity makes my hair shudder and marks me for all to see with a poofy, candy floss hair do. Living with this baby fine hair isn't easy and spending years coveting the hair of others had me thinking that my hair's knight in shining armor would never come galloping in. Taking chances with products, I succumbed to trying Moroccanoil, a product line that not only promised me healthy hair, but the opportunity for smooth and striking, shiny hair. Bring it on. What's unique about the line is that it really does deliver. Not only was my hair remarkably smooth and shiny but I could feel each strand obey my dreams of not walking around with hair shame. A must have in the summer months is the treatment oil....which when warmed in the palms of your hands, is absorbed by your hair in a blink and a wink and eliminates fly aways. I may be too broke for a trip to Morocco, but my hair is richer for taking the plunge into this exceptional product.
